Published paper and empty-cone listings are available as specific products; packaging described as holding papers should not be confused with the papers themselves.

Start with the product, not a broad promise

We use the selected product as the basis for a purchasing discussion. Check its listed dimensions, material, construction and available options, then send the exact model link with your quantity and destination. A feature shown on one item does not establish that every item in the same collection has that feature. For child-resistant packaging, request information for the complete selected pouch or container and closure rather than assuming a similar-looking model has equivalent evidence.

Prepare a practical customization brief

Send the proposed artwork, dimensions and packing requirements before choosing a decoration method. Ask which logo or printing options are available for that material and finish. Review a proof for layout and a representative sample for fit, handling and appearance. MOQ, sample costs, production timing and shipping should be confirmed in the quotation for the actual configuration, not taken from a general website promise.
