2.Do you offer custom printing with my logo and branding?

Absolutely. We specialize in fully customized printing. You provide your artwork (AI, PDF, CDR, or high-resolution JPG/PNG), and we print your logo, product information, barcodes, and any other design elements directly on the packaging.

We also offer:

Full-color CMYK printing

Pantone matching

Foil stamping (gold, silver, holographic)

Embossing and debossing

UV spot printing

Matte or gloss lamination

No design? No problem. We offer basic design assistance at no charge.

3.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ typically ranges from 1,000 to 5,000 pieces depending on the product type, customization level, and materials used.

However, we understand that every buyer has different needs. Here is how we stay flexible:

If we have existing tooling or stock materials for your product type – we may be able to accept smaller quantities, sometimes as low as 500–1,000 pieces

If your design uses standard sizes and common materials – MOQ will be on the lower end of the range

If your product requires new tooling, custom board, or complex finishing – MOQ will be higher

4. How do I request a sample?

Requesting a sample is easy and recommended before mass production.

Step 1: Send us your product details, dimensions, and artwork (if available)
Step 2: We provide a digital proof within 24 hours – free of charge
Step 3: Approve the design, and we produce a physical sample
Step 4: Sample arrives in 5–7 days for your review

Sample cost: Typically $20–$80 depending on complexity. This cost is fully refundable against your first bulk order.

6. Do you offer child-resistant packaging for CBD and herbal products?

7. Can you handle shipping and customs clearance?

Yes. We offer full logistics support to buyers worldwide. Our team handles everything:

Door-to-door shipping (DDP) – Delivered Duty Paid for many countries, including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and EU nations

Air freight – 5–10 days, ideal for urgent or smaller orders

Sea freight – 15–30 days, most economical for bulk orders

Customs documentation – commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.
