Category: Custom Pre-Roll Tubes & Packaging

Compare custom pre-roll tubes and pre-roll packaging wholesale by usable length, opening diameter and pack layout. A single-item tube and a drawer box with an insert serve different presentation needs; neither can be selected reliably from an outside measurement alone. Check the dimensions of the finished item, including its widest point, and allow for closure clearance. The collection contains different materials and opening arrangements, which should be confirmed for each selected model. Send a dimensional brief, quantity and artwork requirements to discuss samples, printing and packing without assuming one specification applies to every product.

Single-item and multiple-item packs

Review the 120mm plastic cone tube for a tube format, or the 20-cone drawer box with inner tray for a multiple-item layout. The tube’s listed outside length and the box’s stated count each need a sample fit check with the actual contents.

For a wider container format, compare the 60ml (19DR) plastic pop-top tube. Its capacity label does not establish the usable length or a child-resistant closure; confirm those details for the selected configuration.

Measurements and material choices

For a tube, request usable internal length, opening diameter and closure clearance. For a drawer pack, specify slot spacing, item orientation and the space available with the sleeve closed. Confirm the material listed for the selected model rather than assuming all tubes or inserts share one construction.

Sampling and custom artwork

Send the filled item dimensions, quantity per format, logo and destination. Check insertion, removal and movement inside the closed sample before approving print placement. Ask about the exact closure if special opening performance is required. The quote should identify the chosen body, closure and insert rather than only a generic packaging name.

Pre-roll packaging FAQ

Will a 120mm tube fit a 120mm item?

Not necessarily. Outside length includes the tube structure and closure. Compare the usable internal length with the finished item.

Does a 20-count box fit all cone sizes?

No. The count must be considered with cone length, diameter and the insert layout.

Can I use the same artwork for a tube and a box?

Prepare artwork to each approved drawing. Curvature, opening direction and print areas differ.

Inspect the opening as well as the closed pack

A tube can appear to fit while leaving too little room to remove the finished item. Check the usable length with the closure fully installed, the narrowest part of the opening and any change in the internal profile. Include tips or other attached components when measuring the contents. For a drawer box, assess the insert spacing and the room needed to slide the sleeve without catching the product. Keep these observations with the sample reference rather than choosing only by the pack count.

Keep format and decoration choices linked

A curved tube and a flat sleeve need different artwork layouts. Ask for the drawing of the selected format and identify the area available for labels or printing. Position required information where it remains readable when the package is closed. Do not assume a finish offered on one construction is available on another. For a range using several sizes, review each drawing instead of scaling one proof automatically; seams, caps and insert positions may differ.

Build the order around the approved sample

State quantities by tube or box model, colour, closure and artwork version. Request current commercial terms for those combinations and identify any separate setup or packing costs. Ask which dimensions will be checked against the accepted sample and how the empty packs will be protected during shipment. Keep product tubes separate from rolling papers in the purchasing brief: an outer container and the consumable paper product answer different requirements.

Is every pop-top tube child-resistant?

No. Confirm the particular closure mechanism and request evidence identifying the complete package when that performance is required. Do not infer it from the words pop-top, a photograph or a matching outside diameter.
