1. What types of custom packaging do you offer?
Our current focus is printed pouches, child-resistant zipper bag options, jars and storage containers, pre-roll tubes, herb grinders and rolling trays. Selected paper and empty-cone products are also listed. Compare actual product details rather than assuming a general capability applies to every model.

2.Do you offer custom printing with my logo and branding?
Send the artwork and selected product link. Ask which printing or logo methods are available for that material, finish and shape, and request the appropriate drawing. Confirm the printable area and sample route before approval. Decoration methods, artwork assistance and setup charges must be agreed for the particular project.
3.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no single MOQ for the whole catalogue. Send the product reference, size or option, quantity per design and any packing requirement. Request the current minimum and pricing for those combinations, with sample and setup charges identified separately.
4. How do I request a sample?
Provide the product link, intended dimensions, artwork if relevant and destination. Ask whether a stock, undecorated or custom sample is available, what it costs and what it will represent. Confirm any sample-charge credit in the quotation rather than assuming it is refundable.
5. What is your typical turnaround time?
Request sample preparation, production after approval and shipping estimates separately. Timing depends on the selected model, customization, quantity and destination. State the required arrival date and ask for a schedule against the actual specification; this FAQ does not promise one turnaround time for every order.
6. Do you offer child-resistant packaging for CBD and herbal products?
The catalogue includes listed child-resistant pouch and jar options. Child-resistant is not childproof. Ask for documentation identifying the exact material, closure, size and complete configuration, then have the applicable requirements reviewed for your contents and destination. We do not claim blanket certification or compliance for every product.

7. Can you handle shipping and customs clearance?
Include the delivery destination and packing requirements in the inquiry. Ask which shipping terms and documentation are included in the quote, who handles import duties and clearance, and how transit time is estimated. Confirm the arrangement for your order rather than assuming every destination receives the same service.
8. What are your payment terms?
Confirm the payment method, currency, deposit, balance timing and invoicing arrangements in the written quotation. Keep the approved model, artwork, sample reference and packing requirements with the order documents.
