Category: Vape Packaging

Select vape packaging around the actual cartridge, atomizer or device dimensions. A package that fits one model may not fit another, even when the products use the same broad format. Start with a measured item and the opening arrangement you need.

Rigid tube or box with insert?

A transparent PC protective tube provides a different presentation from a drawer box with an EVA insert. Compare internal clearance, the opening, and the space required by the complete device. The product links identify formats, not a promise of compatibility with every device.

Define material and fit

Ask for the specified body material, internal dimensions and the matching closure. For an insert, supply the device outline and the areas that may be supported. Check movement inside the closed pack on a sample. Do not infer impact, moisture or child-resistant performance from a material name or a photograph.

Prepare the quotation

Send the device dimensions, quantity per version, artwork, preferred insert and destination. Include a drawing where a connector or protruding component affects clearance. Ask for sample availability and the commercial terms for that exact construction. Approve the physical fit before finalising the printed artwork.

Vape packaging FAQ

Does a 510 label establish the packaging size?

No. Measure the complete item, including its ends and any protective components, and check usable package dimensions.

Can one insert fit several devices?

Only if the fit is checked for each device. Compare their full profiles and contact points before approving a shared insert.

Are all rigid tubes child-resistant?

No. Request the specific closure and supporting information if that performance is required.
